Engaging and Memorable Kid’s Covid-19 Safety Training

CHALLENGE

Our client sought to develop an eLearning program to prepare their students to follow Covid-19 protocols at schools within their board. The training needed to foster a sense of personal ownership in the learners around Covid-19 precautions, as well as to share public health information in a friendly, accessible way. Our solution had to also consider how to maintain learner engagement while also ensuring the information was easy to recall.

After developing learner personas to highlight the learner’s needs and conduct a needs analysis, we recommended and developed an engaging and fun e-learning module covering the following topics:

  • What is Covid-19
  • How does Covid-19 spread
  • What are some high risk settings for Covid-19
  • Covid-19 precautions

In order to integrate an attractive theme for the learners, the visuals and graphics were designed using bold, yet complementary colours. To reinforce learning, interactive elements and progress checks have been integrated throughout.
