Behaviour of ‘Reset Leaderboard’ option in instance of a learning path-Gamification feature.
1.Once the LP is completed the learners will receive the points for that learning program and can be seen in the LP overview page in the learner profile as below :
For example, for the below LP, the learner got 200 points and is visible on the LP overview page :
2. Once the option Reset Leaderboard is pressed in the instance of the course, the points showing above on the LP overview page will be disappeared as below :
3.The points will be disappeared at the LP overview page in the learner profile but the points will not be disappeared from the account level as below: You can see that when you navigate to the leaderboard tab in the learner’s profile, you can still see those 200 points. This is by design once you press the ‘Reset Leaderboard’ option the points will be reset to zero at LP level over the view page and not at the account level.
4. If you need to reset the gamification points earned by the learners at the account leave , then , you need to login as admin >>Gamification>>Settings :
5. Once you reset the configuration as above the learner will see the points be resetted to Zero as below.
6. You can reset the gamification points earned by learner. If you choose to reset user scores,all the points earned by users will be erased and reset to zero.
