Content getting stuck on the loading screen when open in Preview
I’m fairly new to this software (with no HTML experience). I recently downloaded the program. The first quiz I created opens and gets stuck on the loading screen when I preview (both in HTML and SCORM Cloud). See attached screenshot. I’ve tried previewing content from already created courses and I run into the same problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated
Things I’ve tried:
Clearing Cache (through Preferences on Mac)
Restarted my computer
Restarted the software
Tried opening the preview in different browsers (internet explorer, safari, and google)
Publishing file and opening in LMS
At this point, I’m beginning to think that it has something to do with my computer and not the software
