How to block emails for a specific user using Do Not Disturb (DND) feature?
In some use cases, the admin is required to stop the emails for a specific users without impacting the others users in the ALM account.
We cannot turn off the email template because, in that case, all the users will not receive the emails. We need only specific users to not receive the emails.
For example, we need a user’s manager to not receive a escalation email. In that case, we can add the user to DND list and select the option to block the escalation emails to user’s manager.
