Problem with PPT to Adobe PDF

Hi! I am having issues with converting my PPTs to Adobe PDFs. I am using Microsoft 365 through my company and have Adobe Pro. I like to save my slides with 2 or 6 per page for my students. To do this, in PPT I select File–>Print–>change the slide configuration –> select Adobe PDF as my printer. Many times the document does not convert to PDF at all, stating there are font errors. Other times it will convert but with a jumbled/distorted and unreadable font. I know how to convert to Adobe PDF as full page slides, but I need to convert with different slide per page variations.  Being unable to do so greatly limits my ability to use different PPT designs. Please help!
