Targeted ad-hoc emails to learners ( Send emails to learners )
Send Emails to Enrolled learners into the instances:
Administrators and Authors will be able to send targeted ad-hoc email communication to learners enrolled into a specific instance of a course or a learning plan.
Steps to follow: As an Admin or Author >> Instances in Manage Pane >> Select Instance Drop Down
Once selected the Announcement page pops up with the type of training and the enrolled learners in that instance and click save the email will be triggered to that particular learners.
Send Emails to learners via Announcements by Admin:
For Administrators, “As Email” new announcement added. It can be used to emails to learners of a selected user-group or to learners enrolled in specific trainings.
Steps to Follow: As an Administrator >> Announcements in Manage Pane >> Create Announcement >> Select Type >> As Email >> Fill the details and check save
