Unattempted – L1 Feedback Reports

Problem Statement:

L1 feedback report shows “Unattempted” for mandatory questions.

Brief Description:

A learner is enrolled in a course which has L1 feedback, that was Mandatory. But despite having completed the feedback, the feedback report shows as “Unattempt” for some questions in the feedback form. Is there a way to rectify this?

Steps/Troubleshooting:

→ Create a course with L1 feedback form.

→ Assign it to a learner.

→ Let the learner complete the course.

→ Make the learner skip some questions in the feedback form, without answering them.

→ Make the same questions, which the learner has skipped, in the feedback form as “Mandatory”.

→ Now generate the feedback form Report.

Workaround (If Any):

Ideally, there is no workaround to resolve this issue.

Because the Admin of that account has made some questions in the L1 feedback mandatory after the learner has completed the feedback while, the learner must have skipped answering those questions.

Hence the report would show as “Unattempted” for those particular questions.
